As you probably already know, all ZEUSs must be parked within our business area, which is marked in red. There are some areas within the business area that are marked as No Parking zones.
The GPS may identify you as being in one of these areas even if you are not. Move away from the selected area so the GPS can sense a new position.
If this does not help, contact our customer service with your exact location or a screenshot of your location in the app and a brief description of the problem. Then we will of course help you to end your ride! You can send an email to support@zeusscooters.com or call our customer service agents.
