I was charged for bad parking. Why?

Getting a bad parking fee means that the way you parked the scooter was a bit risky or incorrect. For example, the vehicle was not parked next to and parallel to a wall (or other obstacles), it obstructed access and could have posed a danger to others, especially to disabled or visually impaired people.

Before we charge fees, we always make sure to first guide riders on how to park and only issue fees in the event of repeated violations of parking requirements.
