Before parking, ask yourself the following:
Am I blocking a walkway, cycle path, pedestrian crossing, driveway or entrance to the building?
Do I park on private land?
Is this place inaccessible to others who may want to use the scooter?
While some people may find it fun to park scooters in inaccessible places or throw them in streams, users can be fined, banned and other forms of prosecution for vandalism and bad parking behavior.
Here are some tips on how to park properly:
Park either on the street along a sidewalk, parallel to and/or near a wall, in a bicycle rack or within a designated parking zone.
Use the support to ensure that the scooter remains upright.
Be careful not to block access ramps, bus stops, pedestrian crossings or entrances, or otherwise obstruct public spaces.
Pay attention to the red areas on the map. These are parking-free zones where you should not be able to park.
Get bonuses by parking in the purple zones marked in the app.
